She has written and directed feature films, network TV drama, and documentary. She is known for warm, appealing and accessible storytelling. She has held major executive roles in the Australian screen industry, including Director of Development and Production Investment at Screen NSW, Development Executive at Screen Australia, and Director of the Indivision Project Lab at the Australian Film Commission.
